1) Cash in USD or JPY mailed via online-trackable registered envelope (Shipping costs shoulderd by the buyer)

返品について:

Basically, all sales are final once the item is shipped out. Returns shall be entertained only if the item sent is the wrong size. It will be returned and shipped by the buyer within 3 days upon receipt of it with complete tags, boxes and in the same condition as we have sent the item. We must informed within this period if you must return the item and inform us the tracking number as well. Likewise, the return shipping and reshipping fee shall be shouldered by the buyer. We will send you an invoice for reshipping the item once we have confirmed that the returned item is in the same good condition as we have sent it to you. ONLY MERCHANDISE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE IS ALLOWED.

基本的には、商品の発送後には変更、返品、払い戻しなどは出来ません。発送後に、ご注文された商品のサイズが合わない場合で、なおかつ在庫がある場合に限り、違うサイズとの交換が可能になります。商品の返送にかかる料金、またジャポニスタからの発送の料金は、お客様のご負担となります。この場合の返送は商品到着から3日以内に、レシートと商品タグ、商品の入っていた箱をお届けしたときの状態のまま、ご返送ください。ご返品なさる場合は、商品到着から3日以内にジャポニスタにその旨と、お問い合わせ番号をお知らせ下さい。返送された商品が、商品のお届けした状態と同じ、よい状態であることを確認いたしましたら、ジャポニスタからお客様への、再発送にかかる料金にかかわる請求書をお送り致します。
商品と同じ金額のほかの商品、もしくは、サイズの交換のみ受け付けています。
